A deposit of 30% is required, which will be deducted from the total amount of the payment.
The reservation will be held for a maximum of 3 days from the date of booking. Failure to receive the deposit within this period will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
In case of cancellation or modification made up to 5 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged and the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations between the 5th and the day before the date of arrival, the deposit will be retained. For no-shows on the day of arrival, the first night will be charged.
